TL;DR: I aim to increase organizational development and drive high performance - while we keep it fun.

An ex-MTV VJ wannabe, I am a third-culture-grown-up; For the last 12 years, I have been working with Talent, People, Community & Culture. I love to dive into chaos and explore complex problems that are hard to crack. Building and shaping teams, communities, and networks make me tick. 💫

🟣 Third-culture-adult

I was born in Brazil, but my family is from South Europe. Based in Stockholm, but I feel more at home in London. Besides Stockholm, I have lived in Hong Kong, Zurich, Prague, Wroclaw, Denver, Panama City, and Floripa 🇭🇰🇨🇭🇨🇿🇵🇱🇺🇸🇵🇦🇧🇷🇸🇪. 78+ countries visited; I love exploring new places. Not a third-culture kid.

Culture is about moving forward.People Growth is a way to combine and connect People Experience, People Enablement, and Talent Acquisition. Talent is a core impact engine for a business through authentic brand engagement, acting on diversity & togetherness, and being data-inspired. Great People Partners are enablers of potential. PeopleOps is my rationale.

🟣 Everything is a remix-er

I love getting out of the building and connecting external trends (especially pop culture and our internet) with anything I am working on. It won't be just memes; it will be signs, directions, and connections that can help us to solve organizational development topics. The real world always.

🟣 Product-Thinking is natural to me

How can we bring value now, soon, and later all the time? People can be seen as Products on the good, the bad, and the ugly. I love remixing Product-Thinking with Design, Data, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Corporate Bullshit, Memes, etc.
